What Equipment Is Needed on Own Your Goals?

When starting a workout routine, one of the first questions that may come to mind is what equipment is needed to effectively complete the workouts. 

All of the videos are clearly marked with the equipment needed to follow it.  We have videos which include the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, mats, chairs, aerobic step and more.  There are also a number of workouts where no equipment is needed.

If you are new to exercise, we recommended you start with a mat and  2-3kg dumbbells.
